Delivery & returns on home accessories* (parcel shipping)

Delivery within the EU

Your order will normally be sent through DHL; you will be sent a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse, giving a track & trace number. You can use this code to track your shipment on the DHL website; you can also adjust the time of delivery. For some countries within or outside the E.U. we use other carriers, please contact our Logistics department for specific information in your country. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium, and 3-4 business days to Germany and Austria. For orders in Europe outside the Benelux countries this is around 5-6 business days. Delivery by parcel service is free for all EU countries, Norway and Switzerland.

Delivery outside the EU

Our home accessories can be delivered worldwide, within the network of DHL and its partners. Delivery for countries outside the EU comes to €27.31 ex. VAT. We cannot send fragile items outside the EU; however, for (international) projects, you can contact our customer service. 

14 days on approval, always easy to return

As a resident of the EU, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery, without having to give a reason. Following cancellation you have a further 14 days in which to return your item. You will then be credited for the full order value, including delivery. Return carriage from your home is also our responsibility, provided that you are resident in one of the Benelux countries, Germany or Austria.

If you are resident in any other country, you pay the return carriage costs yourself. If you invoke your right to cancel, the item is to be returned to the company, with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably practicable - in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days. After receiving and approving the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the original payment method. For administrative reasons we cannot exchange or offset the cost of items - you can re-order the item required on the website.
 

Returning parcels

You can return parcels in four quick and easy steps. You just need your postcode and the consignment number (JVGL......) for this. You can find the consignment number on the label on the box. 

1. Go to our RETURNS PORTAL and follow the steps
2. Print the returns label and affix to the box
3. Mark which item(s) are being returned on the delivery note, and pack it inside the box
4. Hand in the package over at the carrier's drop off point

Instructions
It is easy to return parcels* yourself using our returns portal. You follow a few steps and then you can print the shipping labels yourself straight away. You can choose your own preferred carrier. Then hand in the package over at your local drop off point. The returns portal may only be used by private customers. You may also use the right to cancel form (note: you are not obliged to complete this form). The right to cancel or withdrawl does not apply to commercial (B2B) orders.


During the 14-day cooling-off period you can of course unpack or use the item as you would in a shop. If you use the item in such a way that it can no longer be sold 'as new', or if the packaging is damaged or missing, then Wilhelmina Designs may choose to withhold 25% of the purchase price. We would like to be able to supply the item to the next buyer undamaged and in its original packaging, too. We ask for your understanding.

* These conditions apply to item categories which are sent by parcel post such as clocks, wall decorations and home accessories (including cushions).

Delivery and returns Furniture & mirrors* (pallet transport or furniture transport)

Large or fragile items are packed carefully onto a pallet and delivered with care to your home. You will be sent a T&T number with which you can track the shipment online. Larger mirrors and furniture are delivered using our own delivery service or a specialist furniture transport company. The delivery day will be confirmed to you via e-mail or telephone. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days within the Netherlands, and 5-6 business days to Germany and Austria. For orders in Europe outside the Benelux countries this is around 5-8 business days (may vary per country). Pallet delivery or furniture transport is free to residents of the Benelux, Germany and Austria. For all other countries within the EU, and Switzerland, delivery is €100 incl. VAT on orders under €1,500. Delivery is free on orders over €1,500. For pallet delivery or furniture transport outside the EU please contact our logistics department at logistics@wilhelminadesigns.com. We can usually offer you a ready-made transport solution using our extensive international network of carriers.

We can arrange return carriage within the EU for you, calculating the actual costs. Of course, you can also decide to return the item yourself. If you invoke your right to cancel, the item is to be returned to the company, with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably practicable - in its original condition and packaging (inner box, outer carton and/or pallet), within 14 days. To invoke this right, contact us on logistics@wilhelminadesigns.com. You may also use the right to cancel form (note: you are not obliged to complete this form, you can just send an e-mail).
