The special feature of the four different knives – chefs knife, carving knife, bread knife and Japanese santoku knife – is that they all have the same length. This is not a coincidence, of course, but a self-imposed requirement to make them fit perfectly in the knife block at the same height. The knife is packed per 6 in a luxury giftbox.
